I am pleased to announce that Citrix Insight Services (http://cis.citrix.com) now supports the detection and analysis of diagnostic bundle of CloudPortal Business Manager. CPBM is provide a unified cloud services and business management platform that allows for the provisioning, billing, measurement and user management of cloud services automation. It is an important component, to supply the company IT as a true self-service offering that allows.
If you 2.3.0 or later, I encourage you to diagnostic data bundle from your environment to gather with CPBM and upload Citrix Insight Services. We have some resources you prepared to go through the process:
