As we have seen in this blog when you start deploying Office 365 your user Cached Exchange mode more important if you want to experience a good user. But what about other items in Office 365? What is Microsoft Lync? What is Microsoft Lync in a RDS / VDI environment?

First, it works for Lync 2010, 2013, online server. As you start with the deployment of Office 365, it is very easy to see the value of a Lync Online Implementation. With the Citrix Optimization Pack, you can still achieve the same benefits that you would get with an on-site use as Lync 2010 and 2013.
Secondly, there is any kind of XenApp / XenDesktop deployment including published applications support common desktop PCs, non-persistent desktops and persistent desktops.
