CNet reports that the White House issued a formal veto threat against CISPA. While the public does not see much opposition as SOPA did, it's because SOPA companies, not targeted users. CISPA would enlist those companies to spy on their users and provide information to the government. This would create a level of coordination between enforcement agencies of the law and the companies trying to protect their unprecedented copyright. And the White House objected and issued a formal veto threat.
