The Privacy Shield governs the protection of transatlantic data, but it is the implementation could come to a screeching halt pending the results of Apple FBI case. the trust of the current EU in the United States is apparently very low. GCHQ Computer Hacking Ruled Legal GCHQ

Campaigners Privacy International has lost the case he filed against GCHQ. The case was filed due to mass surveillance revelations of Edward Snowden, and questioned the legality of GCHQ hacking practices. For the first time, GCHQ has confirmed that hack devices both in the UK and abroad. It has been revealed that the pirates GCHQ secretly and remotely turn on the cameras of the camera and microphones, keep logs keystrokes, install malicious software, make copies of documents, and monitor the owners of locations. Despite the scale of piracy practices, however, the judges of the Tribunal Investigatory Powers again ruled in favor of GCHQ. Read more ...

EFF Granted Discovery in the case against NSA NSA Discovery

The Electronic Frontier Foundation has won a major victory in its fight against mass surveillance. EFF was granted discovered in his lawsuit against the NSA, a legal battle that began 11 years ago after a former AT & T employee indicated that the NSA has been involved in citizen mass surveillance. Discovery will require the NSA to disclose relevant information to the court which has been kept secret. Read more ...
