A: Session Pre-Launch is designed specifically for virtual applications, as users log on and off applications throughout the day; while a user typically logs in only to a virtual desktop once a day. Session Pre-Launch requires a Windows endpoint device to the Windows Receiver. You can learn more about this feature from this blog

A: Citrix recommends the following Microsoft best practices to create a highly available SQL deployment features such as always-on, data mirroring or clustering. Terminal lease is designed to complement your highly available SQL provisioning and serves as an additional security layer in the case of a database error. In case of database failure, this feature ensures existing users can still had accessed their mission-critical applications to join them before. A: The HTML5 receiver, along with the new Receiver for Chrome (which will be available from the Chrome Store) provides, the user that ability to print through "Google Cloud Print 'from each virtual application or virtual desktop. When a user requests a print job in a virtual application or desktop, the print request converts the content into a PDF, and immediately sends the PDF to the customer so it can start the print job like any other local file on a Chromebook

a: with the release of 7.6 will release a new Citrix HDX realTime Optimization Pack for Lync. The new Optimization Pack for Lync Server 2013 will support Lync, while providing the Lync 2010 client. This allows customers to upgrade their back-end infrastructure Lync Server 2013, the benefits of higher scalability, uncompromising audio video quality and optimized support for multiple types of devices, including Windows, Linux and Mac.
