Hello everyone! There are just two weeks to go until Citrix Synergy, the hotter cloud, networking, collaboration and virtualization event of the fall. While we are putting the final touches on what promises to be an energetic and inspiring show, I wanted to take the time to share some details about what you can expect in Barcelona.
Like many great conversations on mobile styles of working and cloud services, I am particularly excited by stellar speakers, special guests and events we have in store for Synergy a really interesting and fun experience. Here is just a glimpse of what is to come.
Of course, president and CEO of Citrix, Mark Templeton Synergy opened in spectacular style at 10:30 CET on Wednesday, October 17. He will share his thoughts on cloud services and the role they play in the mobility of people at work everywhere now require. The rapid consumerization of IT and the exciting opportunities it provides to organizations of all sizes - whether it provides employees with the tools to work flexibly and securely from any location on a device, or the need to build on an infinitely scalable cloud infrastructure - are all top of mind. This session will provide an overview of our latest technologies and products, as we continue the transition to the era of cloud, supported by some always-entertaining product demonstrations of our chef demo Brad Peterson agent.
The first day will end with a party to remember at the Fira Palau Alfons Pavilion. Guaranteed to be a live music show, good food and great company, Synergy section will give you an excellent opportunity to network with peers and colleagues, and above all, have fun!
Finally, I am pleased to say that the Citrix CTO super session is back! Citrix CTO office members Martin Duursma, Bernd Christiansen, Sheng Liang, Ahmed Sallam, Richard Hayton, Constantine Polychronopoulos and Rajiv Singh will share their perspectives on emerging industry trends, we are likely to see on the landscape of technology over the coming years. The era of the cloud is there, but where next? Always looking forward, our technicians will give you insight into future innovations and demos from their leading technology teams. This session is not to be missed
