XenServer is widely used in combination with DataCore Software to multiple client installations. In previous versions, it was a bit difficult to get iSCSI storage connection work with DataCore.
The reasons are
a) DataCore uses a unique IQN iSCSI target
b) DataCore requires an iSCSI connection to serve as LUNs to hosts
