In support of applications using OpenGL, OpenCL or DirectX 11 feature level 10_0 and above, install the HDX 3D Pro VDA.
- When I'm with XenDesktop 7.1 or 7.5 HDX 3D all problems I have occur Pro VDA can?
Yes with XenDesktop 7.1 and 7.5 HDX 3D Pro VDA you can see a black screen appear as below when registering. Please To solve this, the corresponding hotixes for x64 systems and x86 systems.
Note that you can also use this black screen occur if you have disabled a version of used WinPE, which is newer than 3.0 as Microsoft 8dot3 naming. For more information, see CTX131796
- I am with XenDesktop 7.1 or 7.5 HDX 3D Pro VDA with appropriate hotfix and see this black screen border , Is this to be expected?
Yes. The black screen is resolved with the AMD Catalyst package 14.301.1001-140915a-176768C-HP-WHQL.exe and only 7.6 HDX 3D Pro VDA XenDesktop.
- What is the installation procedure for HDX 3D Pro for Moonshot with AMD?
- The HP Moonshot chassis manager sure you have all nodes activated or those that specifically take advantage of the new 1.8 GHz function for HDX 3D Pro.

- Can I run Windows Aero Windows 7 on the HP ProLiant use m700 and it affect the performance?
Yes. In XenDesktop 7.1, 7.5 and 7.6, you can enable m700 Moonshot Aero on HP ProLiant. However, this requires to disable the mirror driver, which reduces CPU impact on performance, users can make HDX experience. Be careful and understand the impact on performance when using the mirror driver or Windows Aero.
Consult disable the following registry key display mirror driver.
