The European Union and the United States have completed the first round of negotiations for a trade -Improve agreement to cover in online privacy and piracy, despite recent allegations of PRISM American espionage agents in EU meetings.
The transatlantic trade and investment Partnership (TTIP) is designed to "liberalize" trade between the EU and the United States to remove cross-border regulatory issues that may bring additional costs and stifle trade.
