NOIKA Connections tapped and decrypted for analysis
Cellphone manufacturer NOIKA, secretly on listening to each connection advertised as safe - dating, banks and social sites - and decrypted for analysis. Last month security researcher, Gaurang Pandya published "Nokia forcing the proxy traffic" when it was noticed that the browser traffic was diverted by the Nokia servers.
An article followed was subsequently published it two days ago titled "MITM of NOIKA on HTTPS traffic from their phone." This article goes into the technical details of how NOIKA not only diverted all traffic from its devices through its own servers but also decrypted traffic.
