StorageZone Connectors allows access to existing network shares that are on the intranet Sharefile customers. StorageZone with Connectors, you can enable your mobile workforce to access files that would otherwise be difficult to access when on the run. The aim is to provide access to all existing data sources in the company.

StorageZones allows you to network your file storage rather than in our managed cloud storage. With StorageZones, you get a full set of features ShareFile, including synchronization / versioning, auditing, reporting, etc.
Moreover, StorageZone Connectors allows access to existing legacy network shares with our mobile devices (iPad / iPhone). Access to these data is limited to a subset of the functionality of Sharefile set.
Requirements
- Windows Server 08 R2 with IIS.
- DMZ reverse proxy, ideally NetScaler.
- Recent customer ShareFile on the AppStore.
Configuration
After installing the StorageZone connectors, you must register with your account ShareFile. Registration allows you to map a network share with a top-level folder in your ShareFile account.
How StorageZone Connectors?
Once you click the top level folder that points to a network share, the client will be responsible to start talking to StorageZone connectors. StorageZones Connectors ask the client credentials. At this point, there is no more interaction with Sharefile.com.
