Putting Experience first -

Since our birth as a small start-up provisioning of virtual applications to users, Citrix has introduced always a different and better way for people to experience labor. Personally, I was not at Citrix worked 25 years ago, when it all started, but it does not take long to learn for each employee more facts about our focus as a company:

  • Our end game is not just about technology, it comes to business and people results.
  • Our success with the best products on the provision and the best experience.
  • We believe that a great customer experience is a trip depends. not a moment

The customer experience designer at Citrix, translates them into three simple principles of work, I try to keep in my daily work:

End User Observation

  1. start every conversation with the user, not the technology
  2. mean to say and solve
  3. Add real users in my process to define a solution, especially early hearing and understand if I still figuring out what problems really trying to I solve

It never ceases to amaze me how these three principles lead me consistently (and Citrix) in the right direction and lead customer value at the end of the day. It seems so simple, but it takes practice, discipline and commitment.

For this reason, on a personal level, it gives me great pride to announce and excitement that we experience our customers benefit to the next level are at Citrix Summit this year. Talking about the experience has never relevant with customers. The need to understand users and their operations of before deployment of IT solutions has never been more important. It's time the (intended Vegas pun) we on our experience first Formula doubled-down for the success and help our sales staff and partners ensure communities equipped are all-in with Citrix Customer Experience to go as a key differentiator in the market.
