Citrix Ready with Citrix XenServer 6.2.

HP ProLiant SL270s is a server solution, part of the HP ProLiant SL6500 Scalable System for Hyperscale and high-performance computing market segments. This solution is Citrix Ready with Citrix XenServer 6.2. It reduces the solution cost, maximizes energy efficiency and facilitates customer suitability.

The server used this ability through the use of Ivy Bridge EP CPU architecture from Intel. HP is known for its solutions to provide peak power available, large application load is running, simplifies complex installations, improves the versatility and scalability at a reduced power consumption of the overall TCO is thus reduced.

These servers are very popular and very well suited for a wide range of applications in key market segments such as government, industry, finance and healthcare. They are also high-end graphic support, and enterprise applications.

Available here to spec'd on the official link. This server has a PCI slot available where the user each XenServer Hardware Compatibility List Append (HCL) supported RAID controllers and expect the total solution to work to perfection with XenServer 6.2 running.

However, if the customers want (to use eg XenServer performance NVIDIA vgpu skills) to use the slot as additional GPU slot they will have to instead use onboard memory controller. Currently only on-board RAID HP B320i the hpvsa driver requires as XenServer hypervisor to speak. This is a proprietary driver that is not sent with XenServer and so can not be supported now.
