Since Peter and I have introduced a model CloudFormation in the blog "Restart your farm XenDesktop in AWS CloudFormation with a model, "we have received numerous requests readers to update the model to support multiple regions and availability zones. Version 2.06 of JSON CloudFormation template can be downloaded from here and includes access to two new AMIs. This version of the model requires a specific additional parameter to the region AvailabilityZonePref, is necessary. The new parameter specifies the availability zone (AZ) in a selected region. Since we published the first version of Citrix Mobile Application SDK, we looked at different ways we can better engage developers and give them access to our latest book. While we were busy working on the next version of the SDK, we also made a series of updates of our examples of existing applications. So we decided to try using CodePlex as a mechanism to provide access to these samples. CodePlex is a site for hosting Open Source Software. Our CodePlex project currently has an updated version of our administration console XenApp mobilized. The original version was designed for use on a smart phone model only. The new version adds support for tablets and set.
