Peter Bats and I recently published a blog entitled associated whitepaper "Restart your XenDesktop farm in AWS CloudFormation with a model" in which we have introduced a model CloudFormation that can be used to create a small XenDesktop farm for shared hosted desktops. At the end of the blog, we promised to record a video showing how to use the script AWS CloudFormation.
This video blog is now available on Citrix TV or YouTube. Our next blog, which will be released soon, will describe the model CloudFormation used in the video. The model we used is both the availability and the region Zone - aware. We are currently in the process of obtaining these images Amazon Machine (AMIS) replicated in all regions, so stay tuned!
