I am pleased to present Auto Citrix support , which is available to use now (a previous version was known as TAAS ).

This is kind of a big deal, so I hope that you will read to the end.

Citrix Self Support is a single platform, online troubleshooting and health-checker for your Citrix environment. It is exactly the same tool that our own tech support experts use every day to diagnose and fix hundreds of known issues. And now we make it accessible to all our customers.

How does it work? A process in 3 easy steps

1. Download logfile -. Just sign in with your Citrix ID (or create one, its free) and download your logfile

2. Wait a few minutes - file will be analyzed and measured against hundreds of parameters. You will receive an email telling you that the results are ready.

3. Review the results -

  1. A red / orange / green easy list of issues and actions, such as:
    • detection known
    • Issue
    • practice Recommendations
    • existing patches
    • update information system
    • analysis dump crash (for NetScaler)
  2. An overview of your entire environment
    servers, versions, settings, CPU utilization, storage, etc.
