When we think of round trip time, we naturally imagine the speed of flying packages through our networks. But what I am referring to is an experience we have (desperately) shared when you contact a ministry support.

5 simple steps to use Citrix Scout
1. Download and run the tool run.exe
2. Click Collect & Upload button
3. Select all controllers or VDA familiar with the issue
4. Save the file (you can review the data before submitting)
5. Download the file using your My Citrix credentials and service request number
