They could provide students with the opportunity to access tutorials anytime, anywhere, on any device, and allow the Rehab Group to deliver the latest courseware in the training centers with old PC. But local bandwidth constraints means that the proposed solution was to be autonomous in each training center, while being cost effective and enabling centralized management.
The Rehab Group has chosen Citrix VDI-in-a-Box - deployed through their training centers 50. Since VDI-in-a-Box runs on inexpensive servers off-the-shelf, The Rehab group has a grid of servers to each training center to serve this student population. The Rehab Group manages over 100 applications on workstations, including graphics applications such as AutoCAD and Autodesk - students enjoy a rich consistent user experience with Citrix HDX without being affected by the bandwidth constraints. IT remotely manages training centers without having to be physically present at each site. . Since management occurs out of band, the bandwidth constraints are not any impact
