Mike Stringer, CEO of Tech Support Citrix speaks to the television crew on the tools as a service. Citrix TAA is an intiative of Citrix Support, are designed to support your Citrix environments as easy as possible. It has tools and online self-analysis capabilities that help customers collect environmental information, analyze this information and receive personalized recommendations based on their Citrix environment and configuration. Citrix XenDesktop for TAA beta is available for use now

I works for Citrix since 01 in several different roles. In my current role, I am responsible for generating demand for all enterprise services (support, counseling, education) units in Citrix. This implies - Develop marketing programs / marketing of inbound and outbound content - the success of every evaluation of the application marketing campaign to ensure the desired results are achieved - Adjustment of campaigns based on needs and support innovative approaches to launch new campaigns and demand marketing programs to achieve the objectives. - Interact with all functional areas to coordinate all requirements / support for campaign planning and execution. In my previous role I manage a team of content strategists, technical writers and online social media community and technical specialists based in different geographic locations.
