More than 1,000 eDocs users from around the world recently in a survey in part, by the Citrix information Experience Team better understand user creates product documentation needs.

users from 80 countries in areas such as IT, healthcare, government, financial services, manufacturing and more, answered questions, product documentation over the entire Citrix product portfolio use, straddle site functionality for content improvement.
Forty-two percent of respondents spend more than 75 percent of their working day on tasks to Citrix products in conjunction with, and spend 18 percent 51-75 percent of their day on Citrix-related tasks, so we know how important quality Citrix technical documentation is to help our customers to do their job.
requested website improvement for eDocs, which receives about 2 million page views per month, the search, in particular, the ability to search by product and version. The second most desired improvement is the ability to search the entire Citrix websites like blogs and Knowledge Center articles, so that users can get all the information they need in one place.
Regarding the content eDocs, best practices are the most requested, followed by Example installations, architecture diagrams, examples of specific configurations and explanations of how product features function.
