about 8 months ago, I took over as Product Manager for our printing products for Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp, including Citrix UPD (Universal Print Driver) and Citrix UPS (Universal Print Server).
Since then, we have invested heavily in the underlying architecture, scalability and reliability of the solutions. We have worked on improving the documentation, reference architectures and performance data around the products.
Now we are able to have scoping and our next round extensions, improvements and features for the design of products. And I need your help!
We have assigned the User Experience team for development design got and they have a 5 minute survey designed together for Citrix users who actually use our products in their daily working lives to print. This user survey for administrators designed to send real users of the products, so that we get feedback from those who use the products. A misprint, a user can do critical orders to stop, so it is incredibly important that we listen to these users and what they do in their work, such as the effects of pressure loss on them.

UPS and UPD are in hospitals, law firms and manufacturing not only the print important documents, but shipping labels, labels on blood bags and drug prescriptions often used.
